Hi! I’m Kayla (she/her/ella)

Getting to know me might be helpful to determine if we’d be a good fit! Some important things to note: When I’m not in session with clients, I am teaching psychology, sociology, and social work classes at St. Thomas Aquinas College as well as Mount Saint Mary College. Aside of from teaching, I LOVE cooking, baking, and reading. Although, nothing beats hanging out with my daughter and my dogs! I pride myself in being a relatable therapist as well as an encouraging one. There is no space for judgement in my office, but there is space for warm accountability.
