I received my bachelor’s degree in Psychology from St. Thomas Aquinas College and went on to obtain my master’s degree in Social Work from NYU. From there, I went on to complete two licensure exams and over 3,000 hours of clinical work to obtain my LCSW. I am the host of NYU Alumni’s Mental Health Professional’s Network and enjoy providing in service training and presentations to educators, parents, students, and counselors. Topics I have given lectures on include: Self-Care, Anxiety Within Adolescence, Managing Children’s Mental Health, Alzheimer’s Disease and Dementia, Caregiver Burden, and The Impact of COVID19 Pandemic on Mental Health.
